Partnerships
Golden Comedy Review considers collaborations that fit its interest in written comedy and respect the reader's ability to judge a clear, honest presentation. Partnership enquiries can be sent through the Contact page.
Possible collaborations
We consider relevant book or publication features, event notices, commissioned contextual material and clearly separated partner placements. A proposal should explain the subject, intended format, audience and what support or material is being offered.
Clear labelling
Partner-connected material is labelled plainly and kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. Readers should be able to see when a placement or contribution has a commercial relationship; labels are not hidden in vague wording.
Editorial boundaries
Partnerships do not buy an independent review, a favourable opinion or control over unrelated coverage. We may decline proposals that do not fit the subject or that would blur the line between editorial work and promotion.
A joke is made of choices.
We look at what words, structure and voice do on the page, so a laugh can be enjoyed and understood at once.
